How long does deletion take?

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. Most requests are completed within 7 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once complete.

What's my order ID?

Your order ID was included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It's a long string of letters and numbers (UUID format).

What's the difference between deletion and refund?

Deletion removes your child's data. Refunds must be requested through Stripe and are handled separately. Contact support@santaswhisper.com for refund assistance.

Can I delete a specific child's data from a multi-child order?

This form deletes the entire order. To delete specific children's data, please contact privacy@santaswhisper.com with your request.
